Known for providing constructive, insightful feedback, she aims to encourage continued musical growth while recognising each ensemble's achievements. Whether adjudicating local festivals, state championships, or international competitions, Margie is committed to supporting excellence and inspiring musicians to reach their full potential.

As an adjudicator, Margie Antrobus is recognised for her thoughtful, balanced, and musician-centred approach. Drawing on decades of experience as a performer, conductor, educator, and arranger, she evaluates performances with integrity, consistency, and a deep understanding of the musical and technical demands placed on ensembles. Her focus extends beyond accuracy, seeking performances that communicate with conviction, demonstrate clear musical intent, and engage audiences through expressive interpretation.
